Went in today for the first time to get my nails done because of the 5 star reviews. My experience was not so great. First I showed them a picture that was posted on their facebook page and said I wanted something similar, Ivy responded by saying that they didn’t do that style of nails there( but you have it posted as your work?) So I went with a simple french tip. Not only did it take the guy a long time to do them, I have nails that are uneven, lumps of acrylic under my nails and uneven surface of my nails. Not happy with experience at all.
