I absolutely LOVE this nail salon!!! I have been going here regularly for about a year now. Have never had a negative experience ever.. all staff is friendly and super talented. Ivy (the owner) is amazing!!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a salon were they know they are guaranteed to get a great experience every time. Highly disappointed.. I’ve been going here atleast once a year for the last 4-5 years every since they originally opened. The place is a ghost town now, only 1 girl working & everyone else left. I noticed a lot of dust & debris all over the place, things not getting cleaned properly, as well as it being very disorganized & stuff just thrown around. My toes didn’t even get shaped, my polish is already peeling off & my polish is all over my cuticle area which can stunt my nail growth (I’m also a nail technician). My nails aren’t awful but I told the person multiple times that around my thumb was sore and sensitive & she kept filing the same spot that was sore & didn’t completely paint my nail. Highly disappointed to see what once was an amazing business look this way..

confirmed my appointment 5 days before and then when we showed up he said we can’t do it.. terrible service, didn’t even apologize. Said they called all week, yet I have no missed calls and no voicemails. The lady I spoke to said 315 and 330 was okay. Very rude upon us coming to the appointment, didn’t even get a reason for the cancelation

As long as I’m local or able to drive here, I won’t go to any other salon. They are so nice, love their customers and great prices. Plus, it’s CLEAN! The owner was on vacation and his father was there to help with payments and getting the nail artists what they needed. He shook my hand when I left, thanked me for coming and supporting their business.
