this is the go to place. they are so nice and patient. I had to have my nails fixed the same day I got them done because the workers at Nails by maceys are awful. At ivy nails they took time to listen and made sure I was happy with the design, did not feel rushed at all. will always come back to this place in a heartbeat.

I’ve never been nicked/cut so many times in one nail session—I lost count. He was going way too fast, and cut a nail so short that it bled. Then when he slowed down, he still continued to get the tool against my skin multiple times. He forgot to take the excess dip off one finger, so then had to drill it off when it had dried. Now that I’m home in better light, I can see how terrible of a paint job it was too. There’s even a fuzzy stuck under the paint and a chunk of dip/nail missing on the side of one finger.

Unfortunately Quality has gone way down here, the tech cut me numerous times, burned my knuckles with the electric filer and twisted my fingers backwards. They also were very disrespectful and rudely smacked my arm and hand, very unprofessional charged way too much for a basic non painted full set that look awful Acrylic nails

Ombre Dipped Nails are Great! Same day appointment was awesome! I called early afternoon and was able to go in by late afternoon. Very busy salon… I don’t recommend walk-in unless, it’s early morning. I’ve been there a couple of times now and all techs are equally, talented.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve never given a bad review before, but I feel I need to warn people so they don’t make the same mistake my friends and I made. We usually get pedicures and that’s been fine, but this time we decided to get manicures and nothing about it went well. First when choosing my color I noticed the polish inside was all hard and gummy so I chose a different one, but still brought the gummy one with me so they could throw it away. When I told him he just chuckled and set it aside like it was a silly request.He didn’t do much to my nails before finally painting them and then didn’t paint the entire nail bed up to the cuticle and sides. Afterwards my friends and I noticed all of our nails weren’t painted well. One of my friends got a French tip which according to the sign was only $3 more, but when she went to pay they were going to charge her $5 more. When she pointed to the sign they still refused to honor it claiming they changed it a while ago. Only after she pointed it out did they hurry and change the sign. I feel they still should’ve honored what was originally posted.They also rushed with us even though we had an appointment. I get the feeling they only care if you are getting something more expensive done with your nails. So if you’re getting something expensive done then feel free to risk it, but if you are going in for something more simple like a manicure I recommend going elsewhere or doing it yourself.
