I went in after the first of the yr got my manicure done by the man there and my nails came off a wk n half in, well I went in to have them do something about it and he wanted to charge me half off (not lose a customer ) and redo them but then said they were over month old nope sorry just a wk and half in, I came there paid cash got no receipt of course. I ve used them on and off over the yrs this is the first time something like this has happened but unfortunately it’s bad review and loss of any future business with me, powder coat nails last for usually two mths with me.

Glad those were not my hands. This was by far my #2 bad experience. I can’t believe I lowered my standards going here. Employee was rude and jumped into my conversation when I was speaking to another and asking for a refund.. I stopped going there cause they were really rude , some girls like Nikki are very good but others are not at all , I did my toes once and the lady was just watching tv and didn’t even pay attention to what she was doing , then talking by the phone and did everything with one hand for like 20 minutes

Critical: QualityVery bad experience. Worst set of solar nails I’ve ever had. Tips were all different lengths, some stuck on almost halfway down my nail bed. My daughter’s nails were so bad I had to take her somewhere else to get them fixed (they were horrified by the state of her nails) – nails were completely wrong shape and nail polish was very patchy . First time & came 25 minutes before closing due to a broken nail and they were still welcoming (after my usual salon said no.) The guy that did my nails was quick, accurate & pleasant. I’ve had my acrylic overlay refill w/regular polish for 2 wks and it still looks good. I will definitely keep Ivy Nails as my go to when I’m on this side of town.

This is long overdue. It has been 3 years since I’ve been here and the bad memory is still stuck in my head. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I did not like the result but I figured I’d go home and told myself maybe I’m overreacting. The next day I went back and asked for a refund. That is when a different woman jumped right in rudely and said they do not offer refunds and that they can wax my eyebrows for free next time… I didn’t understand why they would think that I would want to come back. I live close to here and I will never come back. I drive out of my way to go to my favorite nail shop and I will keep it that way. Blessin

Very unprofessional I came in two days ago with my daughter paid alot of money for two pedicures and a fill. The guy who normally dosen’t do my nails had to do them. I asked him if he felt comfortable with my shape. After saying my nails were long and charging me more for longer nails I wasn’t happy, with the outcome. My nails where big bumpy and flat out ugly. With in two days I now have a broke nail.

I had just went in there to get a Dip Manicure. When I walked in they asked what I wanted and I told them . Rather than telling me that they didn’t know how to it. They made me wait and then after 15 to 20 minutes later this man come over and looks at my nails and they don’t do it. He can do a refill but not a DIP. I am so mad that I wasted my time waiting. I could have tried to go somewhere else. I went to VIP nails & hair and got Hanna to do my nails! Go see her she is great! Don’t go to ivy nails!

I’ve been going here since the previous owner IVY was there…a LONG time. The new owner Nikki is the best and she has so many options for nails. Tina is my pedicurist and she is awesome, Annie is my equally awesome backup. The best thing to do is make an appointment, and take a picture of what you are wanting to have done. I have seen far too many people come in without an appointment and get mad because they have to wait. Can’t count how many times I have seen people try not to pay over something that can be easily fixed. Too many people just have an attitude from the get go and don’t respect them or how hard they work. Communication is key.
