I love this place. I recommend! Ivy, the one that owns the salon, is the sweetest person ever. She has the kindest heart. As far as the employees go, from my experience, they’ve been great. They will even take the extra step to redo your nail if needed. I enjoy coming by to get my nails done :)! Acrylic nails

I have been going to Sammy for about three years now, I never have to take a picture in of what I want. I just tell her what I’m looking for, and she just does it, and she does AMAZING!!!! And the pedicures are great. The girls take great care of you. . They are really good, I would definitely recommend if you have not been to Ivy Nails in Brownsburg. You definitely need to go because you’re missing out. You will not be disappointed

I came in at 150 it is now 253 and this is the state of my toes.. 2 women came in after me and have been in and out. The lady picked my middle toe til it bleed. Then when she was doing the scrubbing thing the side of my toe bleed. My toes did not look like that when I came in to get the gel polish off and plain white put on she put the white on and it was not a bright white and looked like a 2 y/o painted them.. she didn’t even file my toe nails just clipped with a clipper. I asked for manager owner and still sitting here.. just wanted a quick pedi mani for my trip to FL. SMH.. won’t be back.

I have been there several times, there are about four girls that do a good lasting job, but they are all booked up with appointments. Therefore your nails will not be good nor will they last I have been there six times got one of the four good girls once lasted three weeks, the rest of the time I get other ones had to go back two times for two different nail techs. Never last more than a week the tips always ware off. I don’t live in Brownsburg so very inconvenient to keep going back. Everybody is nice but spread the techs out it train the ones they got.

appointment at IVy nails to get my nails and my feet done but when Sammy got done with my nails she stated no one wanted to do my feet because they were ready to leave for the day. So I asked her if she could do it and she said she was not good with polishing toes. So why did she schedule me for an appointment and couldn’t provide me with all the service that I needed? Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI LOVE IVY NAILS!I will go out of my way to come here to get my nails done. Staff is always friendly and they take pride in their work. It never feels like they are in a rush to get you out the door and they make you feel seen, not like just another body in a chair.Sammi is the best! She gets my nail shape right EVERY TIME and they always look beautiful when I leave there. She’s pushed me outside my “color comfort” zone and has helped me pick more vibrant colors other than dark/deep red. So! I have been to this nail shop several times. And I must say each time I have went, I was serviced very well and very pleased! However!!! This last time I went, which has now been a couple weeks ago. It was HORRIBLE! My friend and I arrived at 4:44pm we did not get serviced until 7:00 pm. We waited for over 2 hours. I called before hand to see if I could make an appointment, and they told me no. So we walked in and sat without a warning that I would be a 2 hour wait! I tell the ladies about my frustration. At first they act like they did not want to hear me out, but as time went on the technician was about to paint my nails. She proceeded to tell me that she does not think that color will be cute and I probably wouldn’t like it. I did trust her and she picked out a few more colors for me. And that is how we started to become friendly with one another again. She then began to do different designs on my nails, which was pretty and my friend got a couple dollars taken off her nails because of our wait. So it was now time to pay, the nail technician took about 20 dollars off my nails. I was so thankful. And so I’m happy now. Two days later I wake up to one of my nails being cracked, I’m like okay that’s fine I can just go get it fixed. I work in the plaza of this nail shop, I call to see if I can make an appointment before work to get my nail fixed they proceed to be rude and hang up the phone on me. And so as days went on, more nails begin to break and come off. And now my ring finger nail, my actual finger and nail is in excruciating pain from this acrylic nail. I am trying to hold back tears and trying to find. Way to take it off. I am a frequent person to go get my nails done! So this is all SO UPSETTING! Ivy either needs to refund me or give me a brand new set for free. I then will take down this horrible review.
