I have been going to this salon for almost two years. I’ve even recommended coworkers who had bad experiences. People of color… we are not treated the same as others here sadly. My first incident I came in after growing my real nails out to almost acrylic length. I was given to MINDY, MINDY looked T my nails frowned and shook his head while speaking in another language. He talked over me without saying anything to me for about 4 minutes before another worker got up to say that mindy can’t do long nails, I found this very rude. On today, I went in for a color change and the young lady who did my toes was very very rude and seemed upset to be doing my nails. She did not ask me anything about what I wanted she instantly began cutting my toe nails all the way down, not knowing I wanted to square shape. I’ve even witnessed the owner IVY being rude a few times. This place used to be my favorite nail shop and I loved to brag on them. Limited amount of colors. The only great thing is the ”rewards system” and a few workers do really really good.

I really enjoyed my service!! It was my first time and I did a walk-in. Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. I Had an old Dip French tip set removed and they put this lovely dip set on!! I’ve been here twice cuz my homegirls at Happy Nail are overseas so this is my back up salon. I get the mood changing polish. They have a very limited assortment of color changing polish. Both times I’ve been here service was good. They use a drill to take off gel polish, tho, so that weakens my nails. They are five dollars higher than Happy Nail for a manicure and gel polish. When Happy Nail employees get back, I’ll be going back to them but in the meantime, Best Nails is a good substitute, so far! See picture of my mood changing nail polish. I love it. Goes from a cherry/mauve color in the cold to light taupe in the heat. It’s like having two manicures for the price of one! cha-ching!My cuticles are dry due to excessive hand washing and game sanitizer this flu season

Ouch! Very rough and not careful whatsoever with clipping. And not friendly, unfortunately. Nails were not too bad to begin with, but nothing was cleaned up. Just clipped my nails and painted very quickly. 15 minutes.

I had the worst experience with Jay. I’ve been getting my nails done for years so for me to experience this treatment from the employee Jay and the manager Ivt was shocking. They are very unprofessional. I showed Jay how I wanted my nails and as I’m showing her she doesn’t say anything looks at the picture frowning as though she doesn’t want to do them. I wanted brown tips w/ 2 of my fingertips being white and did not get that. She only did the tips for 2 nails and painted the others in a base color. Whole time she had a attidude like she didn’t want to do my nails and I should of gotten up then but didn’t want to cause a scene. Not only that she said very loud the price will be 55.00 ok I’m like OK I do have the money to pay for a style I showed you. She didn’t shape them right or anything. Never been so embarrassed in my life meanwhile the employee beside her is doing someone’s nails and they laughing and talking in their language probably about me but she kept complementing the white girl’s nails but frowning and being rude w doing mines. Spoke w the manager about her and of course she took up 4 her. I’m not the one to complain but how she treated me was uncalled for & very unprofessional!! Stay far away from this place.
