The only good thing about signature nails is the location and the fact it is never busy. I guess I now know why. The managers are mediocre at best. I usually get SNS and when I get it here it’s way too thick. They pile on about six coats, and then spend forever filing it down to try to get it Smith, which it never really is. This time the sample colors were disorganized, so the ring I chose from was on the wrong stand instead of having me choose from the correct color samples, they chose a color that looked similar. See the picture of the sample I wanted and the color I got. Not even a good color lol on the wrong one.

I did the deluxe pedicure and the tech did a wonderful job. The nail tech for my manicure was careful and detailed and she did a wonderful job, as well. Both look perfect and the price was great. Very happy with how they turned out. They were all very friendly and welcoming!
