Just left nail salon after I had to call non emergency and report the health and sanitation. The older women doing my nails had no license, she was cutting my skin painfully with unsanitary tools and filing with dirty used Emory board. My toes are currently sore. The polish was all old and and thick and it took us 3 tries to get a decent one. Both my toes and fingers all all different shapes and sizes.

It was horrible! She made my big toe bleed, then told me just to put it in the water, we were there for about 3 hours! When we paid all of the workers kept saying “Tip more, we have to share”. Very in professional! Gel manicures

Had appointment with wedding party. No prices posted on pedicure sheet. Was going to get a $35 pedi plus add on no chip…sat for 1.5 hrs in water before girl filed my toes…once she was done she drained the water..sat and waited another 30 minutes before another girl came to paint my toes (I’ve never had a pedicure where they paint and drain water before massage) I mentioned at this point I won’t be staying to get my hands done..they informed me that I’m next for that..figured fine I’ll stay..worker told me to come to her table and I stated I didn’t receive my leg massage and she said I’ll come back to the pedi chair for that once my hands are done… I decided to pass on that and I’d just pay for the no chip on my toes the girls never once mentions to me that I’d still have to pay for the pedicure (since they filed my nails) plus my no chip…I tried to explain I’ve been here 3 plus hrs and only received no chip on my hands and toes and nothing else…all they gave was $5 off. No point in arguing with them. So my total was $90 not including tip. Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra 20 minutes and go to KN in Morris.

My nails have NEVER LOOKED WORSE. Made an appt, then waited an hour before service started. Wanted a dip powder manicure. Was there a total of THREE HOURS and didn’t even let them finish. Shape of nail and thickness of powder were ridiculous. I will never go here again. Absolutely unsatisfied.

Lisa was great and she did a flawless job on my nails tonight. I got tied up with work and had to call in last minute, they were fully booked and she was nice enough to stay for me! And thankfully because I leave for Vegas in the morning!! She took the extra time to pay attention to detail and made my nails look amazing…shaped perfectly, not thick but thin and natural looking! I’m a perfectionist and she nailed it, I would highly recommend her!
