I went in after speaking with John he was very knowledgeable and friendly regarding the questions I had. This was my first time getting IV treatment and I was a bit nervous. Once I got to my appointment John was very calm and welcoming he answered all my questions and sat with me during the entire process making sure I was ok and that I was comfortable.
