I said I’d leave a review for every visit because it’s WORTH IT. Did I schedule last minute? Yep. Did the girls still a) get me in b) recognize me and make me feel like fam during my visit c) coach me on potential benefits of various treatments for my specific complaint THEN educate me on an upgraded membership because I’m there all the time and totally am missing out if I don’t level up? YES. Seriously. Never in my life have I looked forward to IVs and muscle injections like I do now. Kirsten is like a injection wizard and I’ve literally yet to experience any discomfort with my IV or injection sites. And I know what a bad IV poke feels like (looking at you Advent Health and Lib Hospital). But for real, I leave the clinic feeling energized and encouraged because of the quality of the drips but also the acceptance and kindness of the Liberty team. Any negative reviews I am convinceddddd are because those people weren’t ready for life change and sunshine. Because there’s nothing negative to say that actually applies to these lovely humans and their miracle IV bags. The end. (Drops mic)

Such a great experience! First time customer, but I’ll be back. Everyone was so friendly and professional. And no waiting. Went right from check-in, to vitals to infusion in minutes. Treatment area is relaxing, too. Comfortable reclining chairs, heating pad, blankets, etc. It felt great to be doing something good for me while relaxing at the same time. Win-win.

I cannot express my gratitude for the staff at IV Nutrition in Liberty. I’m so thankful I found this place. They have a lot of options for overall wellness. I have used the IMMUNE services for when I have felt a cold coming on. Every time I leave there I feel so much better. I finally joined the membership. Yes, there is a fee but you get your membership fee back in product every month. I joined 2 weeks ago and I already received a free service ($100 value) IN ADDITION to the service for my membership.

From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and knew I was in great hands. The atmosphere is so Zen and relaxing it honestly feels like a spa visit. IV Nutrition offers a great variety of services that promote health and wellness, that allows you to feel your very best. I suffer from dehydration and can never re hydrate from drinking liquids on my own. I felt like a new woman after my treatment! I personally will never be going back to this location, nor any other franchise locations. This business practically stole $1300 from me. According to my account, on their website, monthly subscription credits DO NOT expire. As it states very clearly in the photo I have placed below. I called and spoke with a member of leadership and she told me there was nothing she could do about it, as corporate dictates expiration dates. Although, the corporate website is where it said it did not expire. They did not offer ANYTHING to correct this mistake, as they clearly do not mind losing me as a customer, forever.

The service I needed got done great, it was the fact that now two times I’ve been charged more than I knew. It happened this year in September and last year (my mistake last year on not speaking up). But if you are going to charge someone ANY additional things you should tell me first. Both times my card got charged after I expressed “I thought I paid for two bags?!” , Instead of grabbing another bag and setting it up to THEN me checking my account and being charged more. Very frustrating because these IVs are not cheap

As if the IV drips were not actual blessings from heaven to my body, the staff at IVNN is literally the best. They are the most accommodating and attentive humans and make me feel so at home and so taken care of when I am there even when I change my mind or have to run my drips at some crazy rate. I love the selection of IV’s, I love the quality of the drips and boosters, I love that I get to choose where my IV is placed and that the sticks are virtually painless ANDDDDD I love the transparency and genuine kindness that these girls bring to what could otherwise be a stressful or exhausting appointment.
