My wife went here for a second infusion and due to a health reaction (no fault of IVN), they ended calling for an ambulance without asking her first. The EMTs came in and evaluated her and she decline a ride to the hospital. We ended up with a 650$ bill for a service we didn’t ask for. Perhaps IVN could adjust their policy to get customer buy-in before adding a 650$ surprise bill? They declined to pay for any of that bill, but did say they would refund the 120$ drip service. Now all I’m out is 530$.
