Not at all happy. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and finally treated myself to a pedicure. I got an expensive $55 package. I’m supposed to be able to pick out of multiple scents for my foot bath and he didn’t ask and just chose one for me. My friend got a basic $30 pedicure next to me and we were basically done at the same time. He rushed the entire time. The hots stones were hardly warm because he pulled them out of the warmer before he was ready to use them. I also had left over specks of white gel on my toes and instead of taking two seconds to sand it out he painted over it with my new pink gel and now I can see the white specks through my new polish. He didn’t get the dead skin at all, he did clip my cuticles, and I watched my friend next to me get a better pedicure for half the price. I’m so disappointed and sad. I wish I would’ve went to Greenville nail spa. Being 36 weeks pregnant and getting induced this Tuesday I was excited to finally treat myself. Now I don’t have the money to go else where to get a good pedicure and paint job..

Recently moved into the area and I’ve been to this place twice. They do a great job with your nails but it seems like they all hate their job or have some kind of attitude. I get no real eye contact because they are half glued to their phones. If there’s any recommendations for the other nail places in the area that would be greatly appreciated.

Ladies were wonderful! They did an excellent job taking care of us. Love the little girl chair, so my daughter could join in and feel the massage as well. The massage chairs for adults are in great condition and work well. There are lots of options. Decently priced pedicures. Also, not a strong bad smell like some places, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

I called and set up an appointment so that way I could get in instead I’m waiting two people and then my daughter has to wait another person so we were there a total of an hour and a half. Which I get it but I didn’t want sharp nails she gave me sharp nails then because I wanted almond shaped even though they’re not supposed to be sharp she told me it’s extra charge and then I wanted a gold glitter on top of my burgundy nails she told me extra charge I still have nail shavings all over me I have nail polish on my hand. I’m not happy I spent a lot of money and I don’t even like them

Mary began removing my existing dip powder nail polish using an extremely course tool that cause immediate pain as it went deep into my nail surface. She began on my second nail and I experienced the same pain. I asked her to stop! I asked if she planned on using acetone? She said no. My past experiences have been a gentle surface sanding then acetone on cotton balls and wrapped in foil to soak. I told her I wanted her to stop and left with 2 nails sanded.

Went there today it was my first time getting my nails done professionally lol. I did choose to get tips and I chose the color i sat down and asked if they did designs she said yes and I could look something up on my phone and show her what kind I would like I showed her and she did it. She was very kind and sweet and patient with me being a newbie, I will definitely go back.
