Dr Que – I wouldn’t give her another penny to do my Botox after letting me know the same day I went in to have Botox done that the prices for what she normally did for me went from $250 to $500

I called four times this morning to schedule an appointment. I was hung up on twice due to someone on their end disconnecting the call as soon as they picked up. Once I finally got someone on the phone, she dryly stated I needed a referral from any doctor to be scheduled. Why would I need a referral to be seen by a dermatologist for a once over annual exam? I politely declined.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:10am. I arrived at 8:55. At 9:50am I was called back to an exam room. At 10:10am – a full hour since my appointment time – I left the exam room. The nurse stopped me in the hallway and asked if I needed something. I said ‘yes, I had to wait two months from the date I scheduled this appointment until now, and now I’ve sat here for an hour and haven’t seen anyone, and I have a meeting at 11.’ The response was ‘Well, let me see how long she’ll be’ and at that point it didn’t make sense to stay any longer. If you can’t maintain your schedule – make appointments for the specified time and tell people they need to arrive an hour early and sit in your waiting room. The nurses were kind of enough to ask if I wanted to reschedule, and I said absolutely not, why on earth would I do that? I wasted my entire morning to come up here and sit and do nothing after waiting for two months to have the appointment itself.

Terrible scheduling protocols. I have a time-sensitive issue, and I would like to be seen quickly. Next appointment is 4 months out at every location. They do not have a cancellation list but you can “call back”. You aren’t allowed to see another dermatologist sooner for a time-sensitive issue. I’m switching to another practice.

I’ve been to the IU Health Dermatologists office in Carmel twice now. Both times, Dr Yulianna Toubin was my caregiver.

We drove from West Lafayette. IN, having to take an entire day off work to go to Catmel, as IU Heatlh in Lafayette has no dermatology openings. We were 10 minutes late due to I65 crash and waited 10 min for her and then called to the counter and was told Dr Elizabeth Bryant refused to see me and would need to reschedule. Will never return. Horrible bedside manner. Patients waiting longer for her in the lobby.

At this time, if you accompany someone such as spouse, etc to their appointment you are told you cannot go into appointment with them, and you cannot wait in their waiting room. You must wait outside where there are no chairs or return to your vehicle. Even though you wear a mask. This is from the 4th floor. No reminder call, nothing in advance to make aware of these changes. Of many medical appointments, this is the only one this way.

No reminders from this clinic, appts are scheduled a year in advance. I drove from West Lafayette, IN, for Dr Elizabeth Bryant. I was apparently a few minutes late and called to the desk to reschedule appt. Will find a doctor closer to home.

Worst service I have had in my life. Nurses do not even know what to do. They told me that I have to register myself on ipledge program in order to get my prescription, and I tried to until I gave Ipledge a call to find out that patient cannot register themselves! I then let them register me after calling them 8 times explaining that Patient cannot register directly. Now, I have been calling them for five days to follow up with my prescription status and every time they said ” will call you back” , but The ignorance continues. The doctor was so kind and professional, but the nurses and staff are so unprofessional ,liars and do not value the patient. Will never go back to this location.

Dr Klenk treats our daughter, who has down syndrome, for alopecia which requires shots in her scalp. Dr. Klenk is excellent and always tells our daughter exactly what she is doing. She also engages in conversation with our daughter about movies which our daughter loves. We LOVE Dr. Klenk!!!
