After showing her a picture of what I wanted, she explained what she was going to do and why. I greatly appreciated this and it left me feeling I was in good hands. First time visiting and Marea did a fantastic job on my hair! After showing her a picture of what I wanted, she explained what she was going to do and why. I greatly appreciated this and it left me feeling I was in good hands. The cut turned out just as I wanted!

I was forgotten about in some salon in Tacoma, while waiting for my appointment to happen.. the stylist overbooked and wasn’t well on their time management skills. I was told to leave after sitting on a waiting list, paying for supplies that the stylist suggested, and all for my appointment to never have my hair touched by them. I come onto this group page on Facebook asking for help and for a solution to my situation and there, I met the most wonderful, kind hearted, generous stylist I have ever met! Jennifer made sure she had the time scheduled to make me a more confident, happy person in my own skin. She absolutely transformed my hair!! And I am out of words to speak of how amazing she’s treated me since my situation. About a month ago.. I was forgotten about in some salon in Tacoma, while waiting for my appointment to happen.. the stylist overbooked and wasn’t well on their time management skills. I was told to leave after sitting on a waiting list, paying for supplies that the stylist suggested, and all for my appointment to never have my hair touched by them. I have hand tied extensions with custom color. 2 years ago, my hair was bright blonde and I decided to go the healthier route back to dark and also do the hand tied extensions to maintain the health and integrity of my hair that keratip never did. Since then my hair has grown about 8 inches, and is the healthiest it’s ever been, and looks even better with my extensions because my natural hair is so long and healthy no with zero breakage. I’ve been going to Jenn at ITSA for a few years and I love all the girls that work here including my stylist. When I come in I am greeted by Tracy and asked if I would like coffee or a refreshment. Top notch customer service. I have been to a high end salon a couple times and I was extremely dissatisfied… they refused to do what I asked of them and made my hair the colors I stated that I did NOT want.
