i actually really love this place. it was clean, she was professional. but i didn’t like the technique. she didn’t use foils or anything to keep the bleach from drying out and she kept reapplying it instead. which made a decent portion of my hair break off/fall out and i have to get it cut now because of it :(. other than that, i’m still pretty happy with the result. but i didn’t think that the application technique was good. i know i should have said something but i was so scared to because i don’t like confrontation. but hopefully when i come back it’ll be better.
