Critical: Quality, ValueI did not have a good experience at this salon. When I booked with the stylist she did not explain pricing was a la carte. I was expecting a quick weave & style. I also paid for volume eyelash extensions & I didn’t even get a basic set. Eyelashes were not full enough to last a full week. It’s not been a week and my eyelashes look like spider legs on my eyes. I asked for a blunt cut my hair was cut incorrectly. I had to take multiple tracks out for it to lay right in the back. My braid down under was not secured. She just wasn’t a good stylist. I was on time but I still had a few braids to take down. Then when it was time to pay not only did they not wanna compensate for the fact she chopped up my weave I just paid for or eyelashes that were not volume set but tried to add more money for me to pay. I understood I might penalized for my braids not being completely taken down, but it’s been 5 days and my eyelashes and hair look like it’s been 3/4 weeks. I would not recommend for weaving services. Maybe a shampoo and flat iron tho. I understand being a new stylist but clearly they don’t. My stylist don’t take criticism well at all. They get a zero from me. I also called after I got home and looked in the mirror and their way of reconciliation was to get a shampoo. & flat iron another time. No thanks I don’t want any services. I want my money back which I had no problem paying something for her time but the unapologetic attitude after she messed up my hair was a big fat turn off.Services: Eyelash extensions, Hair extensions, HairstylingI did not have a good experience at this salon. If you want a TRUE salon experience,try It’s Fabulous! Also,the new location is amazing …beautiful, spacious and a space full of amenities. AWESOME SALON!!!!!Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
