We scheduled an appointment for four people- when we arrived we were barely spoken to and treated as if we just walked in. Massage chairs for pedicure were not working and not explained for the ones that were. Half our crew cancelled the manicure part after the pedicure went so poorly. My manicure went horribly wrong. The tech refilled her activator with ACETONE. It was brought to the attention of a brisk man who tried to “fix it.” My companion received a massage and other amenities while I was treated as a burden for something I had nothing to do with. No reduction in cost. After two days four nails shattered and several others were cracked. I had to leave town for a funeral so I did not have the chance to get them fixed. I had to pay another 50 to get them fixed. Others in my party said they had gone to this salon before and this was the worst experience they received. They went elsewhere for manicures. I’m glad they did as my cuticles are still suffering.

I showed her a photo for reference and she made the flowers way too small and didn’t even bother to clean up the dry nail polish on the side of my finger. I went in for a fill and they charged me $65. I’m never going back in there again. Acrylic nails

I don’t usually review places, but I got my nails done on Sunday, and a day later two of my nails are majorly damaged. This place has gotten new management, and I feel like the service was worse. I paid the same amount and got less services for my gel manicure. Gel manicures

experience was okay. customer service was mediocre. it was my first time getting eyelash extensions so i was super excited and loved the outcome.. i followed all of the after care rules but now that my lashes are just now completely off (its september 30th i got them done in mid march) i have a huge bald patch of missing eyelashes on one eye.. making it impossible to even wear mascara.. so upsetting i do not recommend extensions. apply castor oil and grow your lashes naturally ladies.. it’s not worth it

I was in a hurry and unfortunately went to a salon *rhymes with shermshadies nails* that absolutely butchered my nails (i.e. see photos below) and I stopped in to see Katie and she not only fixed the disaster that my nails were, she was able to salvage my tips so I didn’t have to start completely over. I was in a hurry and unfortunately went to a salon *rhymes with shermshadies nails* that absolutely butchered my nails (i.e. see photos below) and I stopped in to see Katie and she not only fixed the disaster that my nails were, she was able to salvage my tips so I didn’t have to start completely over. I have gone here since they opened. I mentioned a issue I had with a shellac manicure I had, I was very impressed, the manager, owner, Made it right with me. They are professional, nice & great customer service.
