I set an appt march 18 with a stylist named darryl. I showed up to my appt on time at 10am and waited outside the door for 30 mins and no one was there even though the place said it opened at 9am. Extremely unprofessional to no call no show the customer. I wrote this review after a week of not hearing back with an apology or a reconciliation. Would not recommend for a first timer.
