First time customer at this med spa and loved it! I had an appointment for my lips with Alisha and she was awesome! She was so sweet and friendly, really eased my nerves. She knew I was a little nervous about the injections (I hate needles) and did everything she could to help me out. Between the small fan, a ball to squeeze on, and a little ice pack on my chest I didn’t really feel much and it was totally fine! My lips turned out great, I am so happy with them! The med spa had 25% off products as well during Black Friday which was awesome.

I’ve seen Alisha once for my lips but was so informed in just that one visit. I’ve been going here since 2017 at a few locations, but started coming to Plano since it’s closer to my job. Alisha is the absolute BEST injector I have EVER seen! I have never felt so comfortable, safe and informed in my entire life. She has injected me COUNTLESS times and I would NEVER see anyone else. Not only is she the super knowledgeable in all aspects of injectables, she is the kindest and sweetest person inside and out. Saw Alisha for the first time for lip filler and definitely won’t be the last. She was so great!! She’s very personable and made me feel so comfortable. (I hate needles lol). I also felt like this time around it hurt less than the previous times I’ve gotten lip fillers so she was definitely gentle. 10/10!

I got lip filler with Renee. Never had anything like this before so I was nervous. Renee is very professional and helped me choose the perfect amount of filler so it looked super natural. I absolutely love them. She is amazing and has a very artistic eye and pays attention to detail. Could not recommend her enough.

Not very transparent on services rendered. According to the injector she injected 60 units of Botox on my face, forehead ,crows feet and elevens two weeks later I went back since my elevens were still visible and my left eyebrow had dropped. She ended up applying 8 more units at extra charge. I had never ever ever had more than 25 units injected in my 5 years of using Botox I am 40 I am not in mayor need of that much. I highly doubt she injected all that since she left the room and came in with the injections all filled up. I didn’t see if she put them all in or if they were even filled up to begin with since they have the chairs facing away from their working stations. She never even mapped the areas injected. I had lip fillers done too and that was the worse job I have got done. I have travel to other countries to get work done I know about this stuff. My lips look good on-site but after they heal the only thing I ended up with is bumps and uneven lips. She claimed she will call to check on me and she never did. Run run as fast far away from this place. Not professional not transparent Sorry I can’t recommend this place.
