Very bad. Went in for eye brow threading. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when the thread snapped twice. At one eye brow she was so forceful… Twice… and unskilled that she tore my skin. Now I have to deal with a scar. End result looked okay, but it was definitely because of the horrible lighting they have in there. I got home and saw a lot of long eye brow hairs still there. I had to pluck them myself.

went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman used rubbing alcohol to take the wax off which burned my skin. i now have burn marks under the one eyebrow because thankfully she didn’t use alcohol on the other eyebrow. also, the reviews of this place are from the employees and don’t give an accurate representation of the service quality.

Avoid! I expect waxing to be painful but not this painful. It took 30 minutes to do my brows. She went back over the same spot a million times. They’re horribly uneven and I’m missing half of my brows. One is going up, and the other is going down. I start a new job tomorrow so that’s a no!
