What can I say, these girls are AMAZING. I go to Itan all around San Diego and the results are at best randomly positive. The beds are inconsistent and the bulbs do t seem to be that strong or new. And most importantly the girls are that fake nice that is insincere and makes you not want to go to that location. This Santee location is FABULOUS . First of all these ladies are all 100% sweet, kind, and totally helpful. I love going in because I know my spray tan will be even and turn out great, and the bulbs are newer and strong quality. And most of all the employees are kind and genuine! I have purchased a lot of product not just because I had too, because they are so good at their jobs and wanted to help support them in their sales journey! I love them and they always remember my name(after only visiting once they would remember so impressive). I Adore every single one of these Beautiful Humans and go out of my way Just to make it into this specific location! I live in carlsbad and in North County San Diego you expect this quality of service and professionalism and excellent customer service, but rarely see it. Now if only I could move the entire staff to Carlsbad and the business I’d be happy! But I guess until then, whenever I’m staying at my BFs house, I’ll just have to keep swinging by he knows to ask now when I’m coming over “you stopping at the spa first hunnies?” Haha ….I call it the spa because I use the red light therapy, body fit wrap, and full body light/shake machine(where I do my ab workouts and lunges) I have the top package with spa options. So it’s like going to the spa but easier. Anyways, I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and thank you to all the ladies who make an effort there everyday CONSISTENTLY! I’m so sick of the other locations being kind of standoffish, it’s ugly and not a good business/staff trait! Your Boss should give you all raises and I’ll make sure to tell him/her!

I love this place! They always have top of the line products and equipment as well as fresh changed bulbs so your tan is always as good as it can get! I recommend the memberships because you can freeze or cancel at anytime and that will give you the best prices available as well as acess to ALL their locations… (28+). I’ve been going here for yeeeeaaarrs! It’s a great spot for a quick dose of that vitamin D or a nice relaxing spa session.

Incredibly clean! That’s a big thing when you’ve been to other tanning places that do not clean to even the basic standards. The staff really are nice and personable and always able to answer my questions about any of the services as well as the products. You can tell that they take great pride in what they do…..keeping their clients happy! I would recommend this place over all others.
