After having issues at the Vista location, I contacted the San Marcos location to speak with a manager (since one was not present in Vista). I was delighted to speak with Serra and find out everything Vista said they couldn’t do, San Marcos said was possible. I went directly to San Marcos and was able to apply my $200 gift card to a two month unlimited membership. Vista was only going to give me 6 sessions. Serra was amazing and knowledgeable and made you feel like they wanted your business, unlike my experience at the Vista location. I highly recommend at least signing up at the San Marcos location even if you live closer to Vista. Thank you Serra for making my day!

The staff are super friendly and the place is always clean. The prices are a great deal and I have been going to this location off and on for the past 5 years. The only drawback is the equipment seems like it is getting old and the hydration machine had a hole/crack in the lid. Hopefully they will up grade some of the equipment soon . The girls there are amazing. I was a single mom and get teenagers, but they are all so kind. I was embarrassed about gaining so much weight and being old, but they always make me feel like I am welcome there and truly are kind. They really are great.
