I’m giving ITAN a 3 overall. The team is really nice and do a great job of maintaining the beds. However, be sure to double check/ask for documentation regarding your requested cancellation. I canceled my subscription due to moving back to the east coast in the beginning of May. They continued to charge me for June and when I called them, I got the “sorry, there is a no refund policy.” Which is quite puzzling because YOU are at fault, not me. I canceled my subscription in the allotted time per your request. When I asked them to verify with the lady that canceled for me, I was informed she no longer works at ITAN. Sadly, I will be encouraging others in the military community to seek out other locations.

I’m a fan of the spa service called “fit bodywrap” which has you getting in a onesie and then climbing under a 120-130 degree blanket. You have the room to yourself for 70 min, so I like to meditate, daydream, watch tv, etc. I enjoy using heat to keep my metabolism up, sweat out toxins, relax the muscles. Now I don’t have to find an infrared sauna! Your sweat stays inside the suit so the room stays cool and clean. Many rooms have an open top, so it does feel private but you can still hear the noise of opening and closing beds, doors, people walking about.

I have a mile long list of great things to say about this establishment, and not one single complaint. Not only are they clean, up to date with their equipment, packing some seriously awesome discounts and memberships (do one of the iClub monthly tanning packages with the Tanology lotion monthly membership, at an oh so low cost of $10/month for a lotion packet EVERY time you tan, and thank me later for all the $$ you save on tanning lotion bottles! All while reaping the benefits of trying the best tanning lotions I’ve ever used…ahem… the Tanology DHA packets are my favorite go-to), but they can also boast to having one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staffs I have encountered in my 30-something years on this spinning rock we call Earth. In particular I want to mention Rose, who could totally double as my therapist as well! Not only did she graciously let me crash and use a bed just before closing on several occasions, but she listened with genuine concern and understanding as I unloaded the troubles of navigating the handling of an estate when both your parents have passed suddenly and you find yourself wading neck deep in financial dealings you’ve never even heard of previously. I can’t thank her for her kindness and for lending an ear when even I had no clue how badly I needed it. This is your spot if you want to be treated like family! I know I won’t go anywhere else going forward!!

Have been coming here for about 4 years. Love the beds, the girls are always friendly and the salon is always clean. Just one note, the shelves and hooks for the client to rest their possessions are not fixed in a timely manner when they break. It causes the client to sometimes have to put their items on the floor.

Today was my first time EVER being spray tanned. I called before to get some pricing and a little bit more information on the spray tans, and pricing. Courtney answered and gave me all of the information I was looking for an more! I went in about an hour later and got to meet courtney in person. She showed me everything they had to offer and what my best options were. I decided to go with some fancy spray tan machine (super affordable and easy) and courtney spent the time to explain exactly what I needed to do to get the perfect tan. She is so friendly, personable and has a ton of fantastic information! Thank you again!!! I love my tan and will be back soon!!!
