I am from Huntington Beach so I was truly bracing myself to walk into an uncomfortable situation being surrounded by beautiful women judging me, but the complete opposite happened! I was greeted by two beautiful women that were so respectful, accommodating, and so unbelievably sweet! They took the time to explain everything to me, and taught me how to be a bronze goddess just as they are! These women here are amazing and deserve raises! Had not visited this place in over 5 years. I went in due to new client special. Just to try out the tanning, see if it’s changed. I wasn’t impressed… no towels at the booth, they don’t provide you the foot coverings, I am used to palm beach tan where all the stuff is just provided to tan and here you have to ask for everything. Not a fan. Will say the Girl at front desk was very kind.

Critical: ValueI have been paying cash every month for almost two years. I was told today 2-18-20 that I owe $176 if I wanted a partial membership for February. I was told I owe for two months of my card being declined. I’ve had a new card # for almost a year. But, I pay cash always have always will. They know it. I find the fact that I’m a good customer they should have looked into the accounting situation a little more. I would like their management to look into the situation. I was told I owe for two months of my card being declined. I’ve had a new card # for almost a year. But, I pay cash always have always will. They know it. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was in the area for work and was supposed to be there for nearly a year. The company I work for decided to move me to another state, where they don’t have an Itan. I called to cancel my tans and was NOT informed that it would have to be done in person or in an email. They continued to charge my account after I had tried to cancel. I went through several channels to try to recover the money I was charged because I will not be returning to the state. The “best” they could do is remove the expiration on my tans and offer an in store credit on merchandise. That’s it. Knowing I won’t be back, I am livid. I think, in this case, there could be an exception made. Nope. They claim they have no way of giving me my money back. Basically, all they want is your money. They will rush you into signing a contract claiming it’ll be cheaper in the long run. If I’d have known then that this would ensue, I would have paid the ten dollars more for just a single tan because I am now out several hundred dollars. They are totally and completely inept and have zero ethic. Worst customer service from staff and managers.

Extremely disappointed in this establishment. Poor customer service. Heidi and Sara were rude and disrespectful. The services offered to my wife and daughter changed in details once they were at the store. “Bait and switch”. Heidi refused to allow standing customers to sit while waiting. Rude and disrespectful. Sara would not offer a solution to an unsatisfactory tan. Will not return. Next step, property management and Lake Elsinore chamber of commerce. This business needs to be shutdown
