They don’t change the bulbs in the beauty angel for 8 years and 5 years for the dim face stim. They also don’t know how to put water in the bed so it sprays as you’re tanning to cool you down.Management changes every 6 months and none of them ever really make any positive changes.The girls are nice. They just don’t do the maintenance on the machines like they should.it would be nice if they could put towels back in the rooms.it only took 8 years to get a full length mirror in the Mystic. I don’t think Corporate listens to anything anybody says because nothing ever changes.The girls they pick to manage don’t know how. They are too young.And yet they never get anything fixed. I feel like it’s pointless to even write this cause nothing ever happens.

VERY unsatisfied!!!! Several times I came at 8pm ( right now it’s 8:09pm) and they tell me it’s closed! While the google maps sais it closes at 9pm!!! How can there be the same mistake over and over again?!? And I am not the only one who has been misled like this. Everytime there’s someone else being sent away . That’s not cool!

This place i love for the variety of beds and spa services they have.only problem i had was some of the things are not easy to understand and the people working there assumed i knew what to do the fist time i was there had to get dressed 3 times to go out and ask for help.also dont forget to bring your own towel first place ive been that didnt provide them for you.
