I love it here & in all iTan’s in the Inland Empire. Always have..For at least 8-9 years they’ve keep out me happy. When & if something breaks down, the “maintenance FIX” is within hours to just a day or so. They usually open pretty early, 7-8am & depending on the seasons, they close late, 9-11p.m. at some salons. 🙂

Update on my last review. I am a mother of 3 with basically no time for myself ever. We all know that the days of taking care of ourselves are few and far between. I dont get manicures or pedicures anymore, I go to get my hair done once every 12 weeks and about 1-2 times a year I might get to go get a spray tan. My time is extremely valuable so when I do find time for me I expect the product to work. After I Tan upsold me on all the prep and double leg spray, then turned me orange and streaky (embarrassing me for my whole vacation) they adviced me they dont give refunds. What they would do is give me 2 tans and a hydration session. Keep in mind I paid 50 bucks for this top of the line spray and she is offering to give me 2 tans that sometimes sell for a buck and 15 in a hydration that I probably wont have time to do for another year? The customer service here is horrible. Obviously my time, money and fact that their product failed is not of any value. To all the moms out there who also never get anything for themselves and when they do they would like it to work. Save your money and go to someone who does the spraying themselves. At least those companies back their product.

Hands down can’t live without my Itan. Ive stopped in at all of them here in Inland Empire. The employees are always friendly and well educated on services/products. Itan has a lot to offer in services and reasonably priced. No other tanning establishment in the area compares to this one.
