Really nice and helpful people. The atmosphere is right on point in the beds are amazingly good. And their hours are even better. It’s the only tanning place that I know of, that are open till 10:00 during the week.

I have a membership & there was an issue with an upgrade they did on their new system and the workers still let me get a free tan even though it didn’t look like I had any. They asked me to contact the owner the next day & he not only solved the issue, but gave me another free tan! The staff has always been friendly & knowledgeable & their beds are the best quality in the cities. I highly recommend as I’m pretty light skinned & have never burned on these beds.

I signed up today as we are going on a tropical vacation in a month. Now, I have anxiety about places like this as I’m overweight and don’t really fit the typical view of people who tan (beautiful young women!) so trying a new place really makes me anxious as the place I normally went to closed. This place is closest to my house and the gal working today 2/4 made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’m glad you can just pay for a month as all I need at this point is a monthly vacation prep tan. I don’t like when places charge you a fee along with the package.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is the ultimate place to go! The decor and the equipment blew me away and to top it off the gal working the front desk and the owner made my fiancé and I feel so welcome. We walked in about 15 minutes before close.( They weren’t upset about it either like most places are when they just want to go home and make you feel bad for coming late. ) Complete opposite at Italian Tan – they went above and beyond! We got a tour of the entire place and got to see most of the beds (34 awesome beds!), explained how our memberships work and provided great information on what lotion to purchase. Their pricing is on point for their packages or membership. The experience was awesome, my tan looks amazing already and we can’t wait to go back! I called to make an appointment for a personal to spray tan me. I then arrived for my appointment and was informed they no longer offer those services and that the only option was a spray tan machine bed. I was confused, as that is what I booked. The employee apologized for this mistake and stated “it must of been a new employee “. So since I was there I decided to utilize the spray tan bed. I walked out noticing the spray tan was uneven and some parts of my body were less tan. (btw I used the darkest spray u can get for in the machine) I was literally given a self tanner product and said here use this…no gloves were offered to me, as I know by using self tanner it can stain ur hands. I then had to ask for wipes and ask where the trash was. Poor service was offered. I showered as I was told, now I can really see the uneveness from this spray tan. I am now using my own self tanner with a glove/mit to fill in a lot of missed areas… I will not be back.

Came here off of a friend’s recommendation and am so happy I did! It was mine and my sister’s first time tanning, but Alex was so patient with us and explained everything! My tan line was gone just in time for my wedding and my sister didn’t burn once while we tanned. They have the best prices around and are so friendly. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to try tanning.
