Very disappointed. Throughout the cut I kept telling the stylist what I wanted and asking her if she understood. I brought a photo in as well. After three different cuts I gave up and went to another place. My stylist also seemed like she was new to cutting yet she’d been doing it for eight years and owns the salon.

I Style Salon & Spa is a clean/modern vibe salon with a very friendly group of people. Cassandra and all the girls are talented and have wonderful personalities to match. The location is convenient right on 44 in Smithfield. Go see Cassandra, she is a true artist, and a genuinely wonderful person. My appointments are always filled with laughing and sharing crazy stories. Customer service is top notch. My sister was in RI for vacation last week and at the last minute she decided to get a blowout. I called Cassandra and she was so accommodating, made a few calls, and both Cassandra and Sara came in early to pamper us. This salon is definitely a gem! Check this place out, it’s worth it! I came in and Cassandra took me right in; i walked in feeling disgusted and embarassed and walked out feeling completely brand new!
