Hidden gem! The staff here is so lovely. They look their time with my gel manicure and were very patient when I couldn’t decide what color I wanted. They also let you bring a bottle of wine to share with girlfriends which was so lovely and they were so accommodating letting us all sit together so we could sip and chat. Amy who did my nails had such great attention to details when she tended to my cuticles and filed my nails to absolute perfection. Definitely coming back!

First time going there and the lady was nice until I had to come back the very next day to fix my nails. The lady was very rude and told me I need to be more careful because it won’t be fixed again. My nail didn’t even last a day. I definitely will never be coming back to this place. No wonder the second time i came in it was only one person there. Customer service skills are simple & the staff has none.

I have been going to iSpa for about 3 years now. I’ve always had a good experience but today they really let me down. I went in for a pedicure, refill and eyebrow. I picked the same color for my toes and nails. One was a gel the other was regular polish, same brand and color. (Yes I’m aware gel and regular can look slightly different).

I go here all the time because it’s super close to my office. They are nice, professional and FAST! I love being able to go for a pedicure on my lunch break. They have a good color selection and some of the staff do a great job with gel manicures. There are definitely some better than others – if you’re going for a gel call ahead and ask them to make an appointment with whoever they think does the best gel.

I have never had such a bad pedicure. A “spa” pedicure at that! She asked what scent I wanted, I asked what scents they have and she only said lavender?! The chair makes banging noises the entire time its massaging! I have videos. I am mortified I paid $45 for this disaster! I sat down in the chair they had set up for me, along with someone else’s trash that was left there and never cleaned up!!! Horrible paint job and she diluted the white paint. I cant add the videos but here is some pics of the trash and my toes

I had a terrible experience today for a pedicure. I have used this salon for years but today I had the guy, he never introduced himself. The water was cold and he kept insisting I put my feet in. He did a poor job painting my nails. He left me to do another client and 20 minutes latter he still hadn’t come back. I will return to salon but never will I use him. I did speak up when I left and gave no tip.
