I never do reviews!!!! Me and my mom went in. The guy that was going to do my nails wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was there and then got up with an attitude and had some girl come do my nails she was really really gentle every single one of my nails are lumpy not the color I asked for and every single one of my moms nails are big like they put the wrong size nail on her fingers! I do not recommend..

First of all, I have never got online and left a negative comment, but I think this time it is warranted. I was in here a months and a half ago, and one of the older women was extremely rude and rough. She made me bleed several times with no apology. She clamped down on my toes and I had to ask her twice to please not be so rough. She threw my shoes from three feet high when transferring them over where I needed to sit to dry my nails.

I’ve had my nails done hundreds of times, and this was the worst service I’ve received. For starters, all employees were completely quiet, no smiles, no conversations. I felt uncomfortable.. all of the tools they used were so dirty, their working tables, and the whole salon was dirty too. I had two nails pop off and several lifting after just a few days. I had to take them all off 5 days later. BECAUSE.. She did absolutely no prep. Didn’t push back skin, didn’t push back/remove cuticles- straight to filling down my nail to nothing and laying acrylic. i know how crucial these steps are… So i politely asked if she could remove my cuticles and she replied “oh so you want a manicure too” in a snarky way. 2 hours and 10 minutes for a bare minimum acrylic full set- no massage, no lotion, no nail prep. Just tips, acrylic, and then gel. That’s all. I got a basic one color full set. To add, it wasn’t relaxing at all. And 2+ hours is insane for a basic full set that wasn’t even great.

The lady was rough. She was filing my cuticles and skin hard even after I kept pulling back. Then she cut my toe! I bled at leat 4 times while there. No apology, nothing. The price was $77 for a regular manicure and pedicure.I will not got back. Pedicure, Manicure

I made another visit to Image Nails and LOVED it!! I got my fake nails removed and got a regular manicure. If you get a manicure along with getting your fake nails off, they only charge 5 dollars Instead of 10 to remove them. Nice! The people who work there are very nice and curtious Can’t wait to go back!!

I have been coming here for years and used to enjoy going in there. Not this time, I won’t be back. $70 for a pedicure that had cold water (despite requesting it be turned up), my leg massage was reminiscent of Pheobe’s client being massaged by Ross with chopsticks, (if you know. You know.) He basically poked at my legs and feet like they had potential leprosy. He charged me for nail art, but didn’t do the art, charged me around $10 to remove my barely there regular polish, stuck my feet in the wax before it cooled at all, then left chunks behind. ♀️ I typically do not complain on these, the service was just so terrible that I can’t help myself this time. My friend with me has also been going there for years was also overcharged for polish removal, her tech was a bit nicer and attentive. She was going to have her fingernails done also, ultimately though she decided against it after the weird attitude she received when choosing nail colors. The salon was also dirtier than ever. Trash was everywhere, we should have known then to just leave.
