I was a walk-in on April 7, 2022. The staff were very friendly. Despite spelling my six letter name slowly , the front desk lady screwed up a very simple and common name. They were able to take me immediately despite being a walk in . Lynn my pedicurist was very friendly but now looking at the paint job on big toe did a meh job painting my toe nails. You can see the lines one on top of the other not uniform at all. I could do a much better job and I am not a trained. They convinced me to get the most expensive pedicure which has these little stickers on top of the original prices. Everything was rushed and not at all a feeling of being pampered. The bench is so uncomfortable, they don’t have reclining seats. You sit against a wall and they give you a pillow. If you are not very tall, as I am , they make you use a gigantic pillow to make you come closer the pedicurist. It was extremely uncomfortable. It’s a straight wall , why would a salon think that would be comfortable to sit in?! I am never going back!

The tech I work with, Kayla, was so sweet and inviting. She took her time to help me select the pedicure that tailored to my needs and was very detailed-oriented. The mask she provided on my legs was very refreshing. I’ve never experienced anything like that at any other salon. I had my first pedicure here and it was nice with nothing else to compare it to. They did give me the basic service even though I’d requested something else. They apologized and offered to fix it but I was content without any of the bells and whistles. I’ll give it a shot next time when I go back.

I love this place for special occasions. The staff is always so friendly and the decor is FABULOUS! My paint always lasts forever after and it’s an overall great experience. It’s on the slightly pricier side but has the cutest decor, private rooms, and extra special manis and pedis.
