Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWhat a great experience. It was very quiet and relaxing and very clean. And it didn’t smell like a nail salon! The girl doing my nails didn’t try to talk the whole time (which I love) and did exactly what I wanted with my nails. I also love how after one coat she made sure I liked the color.Service: Pedicure

Critical: ProfessionalismI would like to speak to the owner. I have been going to isle pedi for over 5 yrs now and have never been treated this way. To that note, I have been going to Faith every 2 weeks for months now. I was running late and told the receptionist that I would pay for a full pedicure and receive a mini because I was late. I got to the salon with 45 min left and was denied by the receptionist and Faith bc “it would take too long”. I argued that the min is 30 min pedicure and we had 45 min. Faith said it would take her longer for my feet. I said we can end it at the time we had scheduled. After a long argument, they accepted me. Completely unbelievable that I would be denied without any attempt to compromise, which was obviously possible at the end. I would really like to speak to someone about this. I would like to keep coming back but do not think I will at this point.Follow up – A month has gone by since I posted this and no word.I would like to speak to the owner. Someone suggested Isle Pedi Spa on Voss. I tried it and am hooked and happy. The original girl I had opened her own business so I am on a second tech. She is just wonderful. I see her weekly and she is always very accommodating, polite, very clean conscience and always on time. I had the same the mani/pedi tech for over 30 years. When she retired I was at a loss of where to go. Someone suggested Isle Pedi Spa on Voss. I tried it and am hooked and happy. The original girl I had opened her own business so I am on a second tech. She is just wonderful.
