My sister and I normally go to the Fairless Hills but we tried the Bensalem place, it was so nice There was a young lady name Ira, SHE was so nice HER customers service was GREAT!! She took her time and explained everything about lotions from a-z and she explained about the beds. She’s straightforward about prices and it doesn’t change wants she gives you a price . Just the was she speaks and how she treated us I want her to be Recognize. She’s a beautiful person and we will be going back there. She welcome everyone as they come in and out. She makes you want to go back because of her friendliness and she makes you feel beautiful about yourself

I had a membership for 3 years straight paid every month faithfully. i had to stop coming for literally almost 2 months i stopped in the end of November 2021. I was able to start tanning again in Jan 2022 so i came in the salon and asked to start my membership back up. the girl at the desk i never seen before looked me up and said i needed to pay 100$ she stated it’s because i stopped coming in Nov 2021, and this was the second time my membership was stopped i assured her this was the first time in 3 years i didn’t come for 2 months, She states back in March 2020 my membership was canceled i laughed and said that was due to covid and being restricted to come into the salon and tan because of lock down restrictions she then calls the manager Jaimee and asked her to look up my account, Jaime also said i needed to pay 100$ plus the month for the actual tanning, I again stated this was my first time not coming in 2 months and the first time was covid she wouldn’t budge! The chick at the counter was giving me attitude i was shocked at this, especially since i was a customer for 3 years every month & tanned every other day. And also recommended 2 new customers accounts, Needless to say i walked out and went to Hollywood tans! Customer Service that day sucked! Never again even if that means i now drive 20 mins instead of 5!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was a customer for many years. I hadn’t been there in over 3 yrs. When I returned I wanted to purchase a package with sessions, specifically for the purpose of not being restricted under a time frame. I had a Groupon. The manager of the store was relentless, convincing me to do another package. She then told me I had a balance of $40 from last time I was there, which was over 3 yrs ago. When I disputed this, bc it’s impossible to have a balance since everything MUST be paid up front, she told me she would accept half, insisting I pay $20, in addition to the $50 for the package she “pushed” on me. I come to find out that the package expired in 30 days. I tanned 5X. She must misrepresented what she sold me. I asked to have 2-3 extra sessions added, bc of the misunderstanding. They refused. I plan to sue them for the questionable “balance” the manager insisted I owed. I was clearly ripped off. This is highly unethical. She was rude & extremely unprofessional. I am visiting from Canada, for 60 days, and after some surfing onlinefor a tanning salon I decided on Island Sun on Bensalem Boulevard in Bensalem, PA. I made the perfect choice!! Everyone treats me just the way I expect to be treated when I am paying for a service but also they helpful, informative, knowledgeable and kind. The salon is clean and well maintained; the staff is welcoming and friendly. Kait V. was very helpful in going over the different options because in Canada the salons are based on minutes; meaning you purchase minutes not a month membership. The only problem I have is that I seem to be unable to get changed and all my lotions on before the machines start but that is because I am 68 and not as quick as I used to be. I come to PA every year and will look forward to coming back to Island Sun when I return next year. I am very pleased with my choice and have cheerfully expressed my contentment with other people at the hotel I am staying at in Bensalem. Sincerely, Sassy
