This is my favorite tanning salon in all of Tri-Cities! If you join their Rewards program you can get tons of discounts, and they run “dollar day” on the last Thursday of the month with extra savings on products and services!

They have a nice variety of beds and a TON of tanning lotions to choose from. Shannon is absolutely wonderful!! I met with Shannon today for a spray tan and she is absolutely amazing. I was nervous at first after having a not so good experience somewhere else but she exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable. I’m so happy with my results and would highly recommend her. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Critical: Professionalism, Value*UPDATE: per the owner’s response to my BBB complaint (PS ITS NOT SLANDER OR DEFAMATION IF IT’S TRUE)*“I have a signed contract from the complainant. It is not our fault she never took the time to check her bank statements in eight months, Or to bother calling the salons. She received all of our emails about sales and specials, she should have known the salons are open. Not to mention if she receive those emails she would’ve received the emails stating that we were open. She said it herself, legally I am correct in my decision-making. She thinks it’s morally and unethically wrong. The fact of the matter is, she signed a contract, extenuating circumstances or not it is still a contract. Plain and simple. She demanded a complete refund which I am unwilling to do because this is her fault not ours. I offered her free tanning and exchange which she refused. She has slandered us on social media and is now filing complaints against us. If I receive any more negative comments from her I will be contacting my attorney and suing her for defamation and slander.”Shady business practices. I understand businesses are struggling during Covid times, however, charging customers with no notice after not billing for months is not good business practice. I placed my account on hold at the end of 2019 with a resume date of April 2020. Obviously, there were extenuating circumstances and that didn’t happen. I noticed a charge on my credit card statement in November for the full monthly amount ($93 and change) so I looked through my previous statements and found another in the same amount in August. At no time was I informed that billing would resume. I called and was told someone would call me back. Almost a month later, no one had so I called again yesterday. I finally got the owner on the phone today. That was an enlightening phone call as to whom I have been doing business with and supporting. He was rude and hid behind legal BS. He says that they sent out 3 emails stating that billing would resume. I never got them. I did however, get every email and text message with information regarding sales and other updates. My information is up to date. I’ve had the same email for more than 5 years and the same cell phone number for 18+ years. That base is covered.I’m aware that I signed a contract and I acknowledged that to him. That doesn’t make these practices any less shady and unethical. Of course, they don’t give refunds and would prefer to lose $1200+ in services and product sales and a year than admit they should have done better. It’s crazy to me that any small business can act this way and treat their customers so poorly at all let alone in a recession. Especially while claiming to be Christians.Save yourself the trouble and use another local, reputable salon with better business practices.*I would like to note that the staff here has always been friendly and professional. I’m also aware of the poor treatment they receive from the owners. While driving home from work, I received a call from the nice girl working at the salon that night. She said that all the other appointments canceled, and was wondering if I was still going to make my appointment. I was, but she stated that I was the last appointment that night. So instead of making her wait, and drive home when the roads would be worse, I canceled. Long story short… My wife gave me a 30 day vacation package and they started the 30 days on the night I canceled, and the manager refused to restart the 30 days on my next (first) appointment. Pretty poor customer service that would cost the salon NOTHING!
