I had been going to this salon for over 5 years and recently I have requested the same tech, Derrick. He is absolutely amazing. Today, I went and Derrick was on vacation I was asked to see another nail tech. Sure. The other tech, station 7, was absolutely terrible. I asked for dip and she told me I was getting gel. After asking for dip again, she rolled her eyes at me and told me what I was getting. I currently had dip on my fingers and the tech took them all off and done me I had to start over and get gel. She told me the next time I came in I could have Derrick and he would do gel too. Derrick has NEVER done gel with me. If she did not know how to do the dip, someone else should have helped me. I told the tech I was leaving and she would not let go of my hands. I walked up front and the owner stopped me and insisted on doing my nails. I declined. The owner then grabbed my forearm with both of her hands and was begging me to stay. I asked this woman multiple times to let go of my arm before she finally did. I told the owner what had happened happened and her only solution was “come back tomorrow to see Derrick” no. I told her I will never be back. Not only was my request of dip nails ignored, but also the aggressive physical touch is 100% uncalled for. I should never ever have to ask someone multiple times to let go of me. I am very disappointed in this salon. Read the reviews, trust the reviews, do not go to this salon.

I’ve had good and bad experiences here, but after this last time, I won’t go back. I had to go somewhere else and get my brand new set redone 4 days later because my nails looked so bad. The lines were uneven and the nail itself was filed completely crooked.

Pedicure was great. But went to get an acrylic nails with white tip and a pink heart. The tech was absolutely horrible you could see bubbles the lines were so off the heart didn’t look like a heart. Then I told her to please just take the pink hearts off and leave the white tips. She started yelling and then grabbed my hand and start wiping everything off. The main lady tried to keep telling me that she was going to fix it. I told her I had been there for 2.5 hours enough. Then they kept sitting there talking about me saying she this she that. My friend got a pedi and just wanted a gel paint on her nails without mani. Then the tech got mad at her and wouldn’t cut her cuticles and then just rushed though it. Not nice business. Things sometimes looks good in pictures but when they’re on your actual hand in person it doesn’t look good. And with all the money I was spending I wanted them done how I liked them.

My friend just had her nails done here for the third and last time. She had Cindy doing her nails the last two times. WHAT A RUDE PERSON CINDY IS. Should you enjoy rudeness while you are paying for a service, this is your place. I can’t believe how rude Cindy was both times. My friend says she will never return and advises would be customers beware of this business.

Came in and asked if they could do a dip manicure, I didn’t have an appointment. I had long, pointy almond shaped nails and couldn’t get into my regular salon so I figured I’d give this place a chance since it was close to home. I asked for my nails to be filed down slightly as they were kind of long. She took it upon herself to chop my nails off, and then proceeded to file and file and file them down to almost my finger tip. I was devastated. Then when the dip began, she put not one, not two, but 5-6 coats of dip on my nails. Then added a flower design without asking me, and charged me! Today is day 7 since visiting, and now the dip powder is chipping off my nails, and I had an entire nail of dip fall off of my natural nail. The whole thing! In once piece! I will never do business or refer anyone to this salon. The entire time she kept demanding I get a pedicure as well, despite telling her I had foot surgery recently and wasn’t ready with my scar. BEWARE

Been going here for years. Noticed on my cc statement that they INCREASED Their OWN TIPS AFTER I LEFT REPEATEDLY! I left a healthy tip!! When we asked about this they said ” well you tip differently every time so we fix it”….um..what?? I tip based on service which has declined greatly. NEVER AGAIN

The store owner made me extremely uncomfortable. Needless to say, don’t go here if you’re a person of color. You’ll be asked “how long have you been in the country” despite being a native born citizen, and she’ll feel the need to touch your hair without asking. Manicure

I came in about three weeks ago before a wedding. Derek was my nail tech and holy smokes, he gave me the BEST manicure I’ve ever had. He took his time and really made sure every nail was perfect.
