Called and made an appointment for 4:45p.m….got there on time. They had 3 people working but 8 people waiting for a service. They took people that walked in without an appointment before people that made appointments. Who does business like this? You take someone’s appointment over the phone but then let them sit and wait 45 minutes without actually talking care of them? Why bother mak8ng an appointment?? Will never use them again.
