Critical: Professionalism, ValueI am a part time resident of Saint Simons and have given this place a few chances. After this last visit I cannot help but leave a review. The first time I tried this place they did a poor job with my SNS. I politely asked for three coats because I had used the color before and knew it would be brighter and last longer with three. The man only did two coats and it was left a bit streaky and looked unprofessional. The next time I went in, I had chipped an acrylic nail and he was so irritated with me that I only wanted to fix the one and not get a whole new color on all of the nails. I tried to find a color that was close and he was so irritated with me and kept complaining that it would not match. Since HE was so unsatisfied, I asked if he could do white instead and change the color on the same nail on the other hand too so they would match. He was beyond frustrated and was so rough when handling my nails. I understand that fixing two nails is not very profitable but giving the customer a poor experience loses you more money and business in the end. I am a part time resident of Saint Simons and have given this place a few chances. After this last visit I cannot help but leave a review. The first time I tried this place they did a poor job with my SNS. I politely asked for three coats because I had used the color before and knew it would be brighter and last longer with three. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityWith arthritis in both hands and wrists, I have extreme difficulty using nail clippers.
