Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI heard of Karen through my micro blading artist, Kelly, after I had been chatting with her and told her how I had received lip fillers and had a horrific experience. I had given it three attempts with the same person (only gave them 3 attempts because I had already pre-paid for the services) but to no avail – I hardly saw a difference and I gotten increasingly nervous each time I went back because of the attitude and “rushed” services I received. I said it wasn’t even the fact that my lips weren’t even noticeable after spending 100’s of dollars that made me upset, but it was more so the fact the person who did them made me feel like a total burden and that I was “just another client…get her in and get her out” which again, made me feel increasingly more anxious each time I went.However, I feel totally different about the procedure now after meeting Karen.From the minute I met Karen, I could instantly tell that she was such a gentle and kind-hearted soul. I can tell she really takes a lot of pride in her work while making people feel comfortable AND beautiful. As we were completing our initial consultation, she kindly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions and listened to all my concerns from my previous experiences and future worries. And I didn’t for one second feel rushed or dismissed. Throughout my services with her, she made me feel so much less anxious than I had felt prior to walking in. All of my preconceived notions based on past experiences had been washed away!What I really love about Karen is that she doesn’t look at you oddly whenever you voice worry or start to embarrassingly “panic”. In fact, she sat and chatted with me nonchalantly as I stuffed a Reeses cup in my mouth because I thought my blood sugar was low (but it was only because of how anxious I was, I felt like I was going to faint!!)Most importantly, Karen takes genuine interest in your life and the things going on it. She doesn’t look at you like just another paying client but as a friend. She listens to you and gives you stories/experiences from her own life which in my eyes, makes for the most perfect trusting relationship – especially when it comes to a procedure that scares a lot of people!I highly, HIGHLY recommend Karen. I heard of Karen through my micro blading artist, Kelly, after I had been chatting with her and told her how I had received lip fillers and had a horrific experience. She welcomed me into her home with such great energy and is the sweetest woman. I felt comfortable with her right away and there was absolutely no pain or discomfort during my lip treatment which is something I was extremely fearful of. Karen is quick to respond when I need her and is very professional with everything in my opinion. I am in love with my lips and I would highly recommend anyone in the Buffalo area that is looking for cosmetic treatments to check out her business!! I met Karen for my very first lip appointment after wanting it done for years! She welcomed me into her home with such great energy and is the sweetest woman. I felt comfortable with her right away and there was absolutely no pain or discomfort during my lip treatment which is something I was extremely fearful of. Karen is quick to respond when I need her and is very professional with everything in my opinion. I am in love with my lips and I would highly recommend anyone in the Buffalo area that is looking for cosmetic treatments to check out her business!! She is one of a kind 🙂
