She answered all of my questions, made it as painless as possible, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I just moved to Surf City and plan on making Isla my go-to place for any waxing needs. Love this place!! From the second you walk in, it’s peaceful, calm and clean. I’ve been getting Brazilians for most than a decade but today was my first time at Isla…Allicyn, the owner, was professional, experienced and fast! The perfect combination. Critical: ProfessionalismI bought eye cream that wouldn’t come out of the bottle. This happened twice. They refused to take it back and Allison the owner accused me of doing this on purpose. How would I benefit from doings this?? So I’m out the money for a broken eye cream. And her aggression towards me was stunning. She acted like I was her enemy. I have no idea 2hat I’ve done to her. I just bought $450 worth of product and I had a peel on the books. I will never set foot in there again. . Completely unwarranted aggression.
