After viewing the reviews for ISH Salon, I decided to book an appointment for haircut with Shannon. It was my first experience and I was very happy with the outcome. Shannon is a great stylist and she did an amazing job. She was very professional, spoke with me in detail to understand what type of haircut and style I was looking for and then suggested few options. Had my 1st appointment with Joseph today. I can’t remember the last time (if ever) I had my whole head foiled in less than 30 minutes. Highlights, wash, cut and style in and hour and 40 mins. Took my hair longer to bleach than anything else! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I went here a couple days ago.. after crying for multiple days I’ve sucked it up enough to write a review. I went in for a trim, my hair was halfway down my back. The hairstylist cut over 3 inches off of my hair in the back and in the front it is over 4 inches, even though I specifically said I didn’t want to lose more than an inch. It’s taken me 3 years to grow my hair that long, and know it’s just below my shoulders and completely choppy. It’s not even at all and I have curly hair so when it’s not straight it’s even shorter and looks absolutely horrible. I’m a pretty easy going person but this is unbelievable and unacceptable.

The salon was busy but very well organized. All the staff there seems happy/welcoming/kind and professional. I didn’t choose a stylist (am a newbie here), but I am super happy that I’ve had Andrew who did an amazing work on my hair, he took his time listening/washing/cutting and was VERY gentle with every movement around me. He’s a very patient, calm, respectful and talented artist. Highly recommended! I’ll be back for sure!
