For most people, getting a haircut is simple, but not for me. I suffer from severe anxiety and trichotillomania and because of that, it’s been over 3 years since I last got my hair done. Trisha was so understanding and incredibly kind. She kept reassuring me that my hair looked wonderful and that I looked great with my new haircut. Trisha, thank you for making me feel so pretty, you have no idea how happy your words made me feel! I went in today without an appointment and even though Trisha was completely swamped, she still made time to give me a haircut. For most people, getting a haircut is simple, but not for me. I suffer from severe anxiety and trichotillomania and because of that, it’s been over 3 years since I last got my hair done. Trisha was so understanding and incredibly kind. She kept reassuring me that my hair looked wonderful and that I looked great with my new haircut. Trisha, thank you for making me feel so pretty, you have no idea how happy your words made me feel! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis past winter, I colored my hair using henna (HUGE mistake!) and was having the hardest time finding someone who would work with henna (Apparently it doesn’t mix well with other dye/bleach) so most people won’t touch it. After months of searching, I found Trisha. I warned her that I had henna in my hair, I’m a natural redhead, that I’m super picky, and oh, by the way, I’m getting married in two weeks! She assured me she’s been working with hair for 30+ years and not to worry. Well let me tell you… she is a fricken hair WIZARD. She had me come in and do a test strip, then scheduled for me to come in the next day to do the highlights. She is very particular about her highlight placement, which I really appreciate. Trisha went above and beyond to make me feel pampered before my wedding and kept me well under my budget without it affecting the look I wanted. She does just the right amount of chatting, super easy to talk to. Her COVID set up is comfortable and well-organized. And I left feeling like I had my hair back again. This past winter, I colored my hair using henna (HUGE mistake!) and was having the hardest time finding someone who would work with henna (Apparently it doesn’t mix well with other dye/bleach) so most people won’t touch it.
