Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMajor shoutout to Isabel!!My brother suffers from renal disease; he is losing his hair and very self conscious about it. We found her shop on google and decided to schedule an appointment to see what his options were -both of us skeptical. Once we arrived Isabel was very understanding, attentive to his needs/requests and extremely helpful in picking something out for my brother that he would feel confident in. Whoever works there needs to refresh or train themselves and all employees proper phone etiquette including listening to what the color is saying and being more hospitable instead of making a potential customer feel like a burden. I had called trying to see if the items they had in store or online or if it was different and where to locate them on the website due to me having issues finding a catalog or anything with a price on it. All I was told was that I can order online or I can come into store and that things are different online than in the store and repeated that a couple of times without telling me where to look or really answer a question of mine at all. I was having a hair emergency with bad self esteem and confidence issues and mention that in my phone call and they didn’t seem like they really cared but it could have just been my perspective on it. When I showed up the in-person interaction was just as bad as the phone interaction. I felt more like a burden then a customer and ended up leaving but to wigs that were not made of what I came in there specifically for but because of anxiety and feeling unwanted I panicked and kind of just went with what was disclosed to me as what she believed was good for me. If I had more time to look around the store I’m pretty sure I would have found some well kneaded hair care products in the wigs are of good quality but me being a first-time wig where’re and no confidence in asking tips on how to cut the lace off the front what to use to wash it and maintain it in such things dot-dot-dot
