I started seeing Isabel when my former hair salon has closed. My first time seeing her, she did my hair style for my sisters wedding in 2017 and I’ve been seeing her every since. She is very professional and I always leave a satisfied customer. When I walk in I’m never sitting long before someone attends to me. Isabel and her staff are efficient and they do wonderful job. I would recommend anyone to see her.

Today I walked in for a scheduled appointment at 4:30, I did not leave the salon until 8:44pm. A few Saturdays ago I had an appointment for 8:30 I did not leave until 12:25. I have been transitioning to natural hair since December 2017, on my own I have been developing beautiful curls. I have been told numerous times by workers I need to go back to a relaxer. How do you work at a salon and tell someone their natural hair isn’t the right texture they need to revert back to chemicals? I was charged extra today because “my hair is natural now”. The owner has an excuse for everything. Very unprofessional and I will NOT be returning ever again!!
