I have been going to Cheryl Ann for several years who has done an amazing job with my color, cut and style. I always get compliments from strangers on my hair color and style. Trying to find the right hair salon is always a challenge. I don’t write many reviews but sometimes there are particular companies that desire the time. The Isabelle Francis Salon is top notch in knowledge of their clients, their products and most of all listening and caring about what their clients what to achieve. I have been going to Cheryl Ann for several years who has done an amazing job with my color, cut and style. I always get compliments from strangers on my hair color and style. You can feel the warmth as soon as you walk in. She is extremely professional and it always shows in her work. My hair is in better condition now than it’s ever been. I have finally found the perfect salon. Thank you Cheryl Ann!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was at the salon in May. I got a partial foil, hair treatment,cut n blow dry. Cost was ($175.00). I just went last week and got a foil,cut, and blow dry. They said it would be ($175). Same price n I told them I DIDNT get a hair treatment this time. I also had a 20% off. In the end she charged me ($155.00) which I never got my 20% off. I realized it all when I got home because I myself was in a rush to leave to pick up my son. I also left a $36.00 tip. Realizing this all after I won’t be going back. Flip flopping the price around just turned me off. In the end after NO hair treatment n not getting my $20% off and trying to charge me… time to move on.I was at the salon in May.
