I was here to get my bridal updo and the whole experience was lovely. I went in for a free consultation which only took about 10 minutes, she told me I needed extensions and got them at another store. I came in for a trial and then did the updo early on my wedding day. The salon staff is so sweet and accommodating, but be sure to make an appointment! It can get very busy 🙂 I will absolutely keep coming here. Isabella is an artist at what she does. She is so gentle, caring and extremely focused when she gets to work. I am so very happy with my hair and would recommend to anyone living in Staten island!

Worst hair salon experience ever. The lady who washed my hair did a horrible job, and when I mentioned my scalp was still itchy she did not do another wash. Was originally told the price was $60, to then later end up paying $80 at the end.The haircut that I wanted they didn’t even do properly, and we’re complaining about my length and curls. I highly recommend Isabellas. I have been coming here for years and they never do a bad job, as a matter of fact everytime I get my hair done I get such amazing compliments. Isabella is so Talented at what she does. My last experience I wanted something different and cool for my trip to Dubai and I told her to surprise me and she colored my hair Red and sometimes that can be scary if its not done right, however I KNEW no matter what she did it would be AMAZING and it was. EVERYONE was commenting on how amazing my hair looked, not to mention she never damages my hair (which has happened to me at other salons).
