Hair cuts are GREAT! I get lined up just the way I like it every time I come. Flawless with it. The reason for the one star is the last few months I’ve been coming here. The owner keeps turning off the AC. While she sits behind the desk with a fan in her face. She stepped out for a 2nd. One of the barbers ran over to the breaker and turned the AC back on. She walked in and turned it back off. It’s 108 degrees today. ALL OF US INCLUDING HER EMPLOYEES ARE DRIPPING SWEAT BESIDES HER. I’d rather pay more, be cool while I wait an hr for a chair to open up Than to save $5 and sit there in the heat with swamp a$$

The haircut my brother got at this place was done by a lady with a black hat. She charged my mom without even mentioning her mistake. Don’t charge people the full price if you’re not going to do a proper job. She’s by far the worst stylist.

I asked for a braid and they couldn’t even do it. Not even a fishtail bride. I don’t know the girl who did my hair but she was a skinny Mexican looking girl. She did not do my hair the way I wanted at all and seemed to be annoyed. It was a special day but the way she did my hair made that day horrible. I didn’t feel confident at all when leaving this place. I paid and left and tried playing with my hair at home to fix it. Also, the girl didn’t even brush it when she started or use hair protectant spray. I regret coming . Super unprofessional.

When I arrived, they told me the wait would be 10 minutes and I ended up waiting for nearly an hour just to get told that they can’t do the color I wanted because it would “take too long” and I got sent away. It seemed like there was only one woman there who knew how to apply color. Huge waste of my time and I do not recommend.

Critical: Quality, ValueI got my hair bleached by the owner Isabella so i figured she knew what she was doing, however in all my life of coloring my hair, this was the worst experience!! She left the bleach on for an hour to the point it was burning my scalp so much and she kept saying “it’s not done yet”. She also kept doing other ppl’s hair cuts in between my hair so she was just all over the place. The worst part is she DID NOT FINISH MY HAIR since she was sooo slow and was getting late so i left the place with my hair half way done which really sucked since i was going out that night and had to wear a hat because of that. I returned the next morning to finish it and even then i was unsatisfied with her work! We had a bad experience. My mother and I told her how we want our haircut & she the older woman did not listen to us. She did it her way! My mom is so upset don’t even want to post what she said in Spanish !#@*!¡#!!!! . I definitely do not recommend it. No, no, no!
