We received a couples massage as a wedding present back in March and still are trying to use it! We have tried to book a couples massage for MONTHS. We call at least once or twice a month and Always told different things… It has to be on a weekend, no availability, understaffed. Now when we call, they are only offering back to back massages! Absolutely ridiculous we have $400 worth that is going to no use! Why offer a service if you can’t perform it?! Have been a customer here many many times and at this point we would rather use it for nice dinners. A call to the head of the hotel will be next to see if we can change it!

I had an eyebrow emergency last month (after butchering my brows on my own) and Isabella got me in within 24 hours to get them fixed. They are my new go-to salon, mostly due to Abbi, the great stylist who has taken care of me. Other praise includes the overall environment and ambience of the spa, which are wonderful. Highly recommended. PS The desk staff is unfailingly warm and polite. Wanted to throw that in there!

My wife & I did a true bliss experience for our anniversary & it was fantastic. Started with a foot soak with some tea to drink. Then a full body scrub with a brown sugar & chocolate mix. Then while we were wrapped after that, a scalp massage was next. Last we got a full body massage. The whole experience was refreshing, relaxing, & just what the doctor ordered.

I have been to Belhurst Castle many times with my husband but this was my first time visiting the spa/salon. We booked therapeutic massages and I had Matt as my massage therapist. This was, honestly, the best massage I have ever had. I book a massage several times a year, and always on vacations, but none have compared! Upon checkout, I was told he is also a chiropractor, so it made sense as to why this one was so beneficial to me. The salon is beautiful, the staff was truly lovely, and inviting, and the service I had was top notch. I found my new place! Thank you! I took my daughter to Isabella Spa for her 23rd birthday this past weekend. I have been to Belhurst Castle many times with my husband but this was my first time visiting the spa/salon. We booked therapeutic massages and I had Matt as my massage therapist. This was, honestly, the best massage I have ever had. Not great. I was getting married in Geneva and we’re from out of town. I asked my mom to find a salon to get our nails done for the wedding. We wanted a mother-daughter experience before all the chaos and my mom thought it would be a nice idea to do it in a castle on the lake- why not? My mom ended up having to cancel her manicure because the prices were OUTRAGEOUS. We got there and while my mom got her pedicure started I ended up having to wait 20+ minutes to start my manicure. My mom had to go over to the front desk with wet feet and ask that a bride may be able to get some attention! The timing was way off- I wasn’t even close to my mom to be able to talk to her. The woman doing my nails was very nice but getting there was like pulling teeth. I ended up paying $100 for a manicure and pedicure that I could’ve done myself. I brought my own nail polish and they kept it. Not worth the money. I don’t mind paying the price if the experience is worth it- but it wasn’t at all.

Wouldn’t go anymore else for my hair! I always look forward to my appointments at Isabella Spa & Salon. The staff is always welcoming and happy to help find your look with helpful suggestions. I first started using the spa and salon when I had my wedding on the property. After the great experience with my wedding party, I am now a loyal client for life. I have experienced a few services at the spa and salon and always leave feeling refreshed and ready to put my best foot forward.

My daughter was married at Belhurst on June 29. Holly did the brides hair, maid of honor, the mother of the groom and mother of the bride (that’s me). This woman is absolutely amazing. My daughter’s hair was stunning and she managed to take my short hair and make me look like Audrey Hepburn. I can speak for the mother of the groom as well, saying that she was absolutely thrilled to look so elegant for her son’s wedding. I was discouraged about my hair and Holly took the time (this was extra mind you, I had had my hair done once that day already) to offer suggestions and basically work miracles. If you are in the Finger Lakes region and need to look fantastic, book an appointment at Isabella and ask for Holly. You will not be disappointed. The entire wedding party looked fantastic. Make-up artists all did a wonderful job. We could not have been more pleased. I would give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you thank you thank you Holly!!

Isabella’s Spa-Salon is over priced for the service they provide. I don’t mind paying if good service is provided. I was here for my daughter’s graduation and they did not do a good job on her hair cut and gel nails. We had to wait and I had to ask twice how long the wait would be. I believe they were short staff, however, it would have been nice to provide us an update. People going to a spa expect to feel relax and be treated well. We paid for name and location only. They are over priced.
