I highly recommend Isabella Hair Studio; Ely was very detailed and patient. She took her time and did a really fabulous job. I came here to get a trim with Fanny and she did a great job. She’s very gentle and takes her time. I definitely recommend making an appointment with her!

I came here twice the first time it wasn’t that bad of a wait and they do a good job but it takes about an hour per cut. The downside to this place is that there is no order if you walk in do not expect to be be a priority especially if there is someone needs coloring. I was here today and spend 2 hours waiting… one after another people kept coming in they didn’t say I have an appointment or anything and kept being prioritized instead of me. No one acknowledge me except for a good morning or even said something g like I’m sorry for your wait it will be a little longer or anything. I walked out without saying anything .This place is horrible at customers service I will not be going back thanks

I love this place. I have had horrible luck with finding a beautician. I’m 48 and I found her. She’s amazing . So polite and attentive to the customers. Please don’t ever move. I would be lost without you. Thank you for an awesome hair cut and style.

I went to get my hair cut and colored I showed the lady what I wanted done on my hair and she even had a book to match the hair color as closely as possible to the picture I had presented. The color was like a honey brown and my hair is a darker brown shade. I thought she knew what she was doing but she had no clue she had half my head orange and the other half was still the same shade of brown (or not notably different from my original hair color) she said that was due to my hair growth. That’s why the tops of my head didn’t match the bottom. Really? You can’t even match my top and button hair… I told her to match the top and bottom of my head and so she supposedly did I have a few lighter patches and the rest of my hair is basically the same color I already had. Plus for my haircut all she did was cut the tips off. If she didn’t know how to cut or paint women’s hair she should’ve just continued to cut the men’s hair instead of wasting my time I was there for 4.5 hours and got absolutely nothing that I wanted. Worst $90-$100 ever spent. I supposedly came to a professional to get a good haircut and paint job. I honestly would have been better doing it my self with and getting box of hair dye/paint from Walmart.

The staff was nice and the studio was well kept and clean. I had made an appointment three days prior and I show up there’s one employee working on someone’s nails and the hairdresser who was going to cut my hair wasn’t even there. My appointment was at 9:30, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because I did arrive 15mins early. The one employee that was here in front of the client she was working on called the hairdresser and asked when she would arrive. Needless to say she arrived nearing 10 am.

No star’s …Horrible experience asked for a ombre for my daughter and they ruined and fried her hair and to top it off they over charged her. The price was supposed to be $90 and they charged her $180 for something she didn’t want. Totally unhappy.
