Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in today (10/1/2021) for a regular haircut and waited at the counter for 15 minutes before someone bothered to ask what I wanted. I asked how long the wait was for a haircut and she said she’ll let me know. Another 15 minutes passed (!!!) and she never let me know, just started cutting someone else hair. So I called Bas Hair Stylist close by and get in right away.Not sure if it had anything to do with me being the only non-spanish/latin person there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went in today (10/1/2021) for a regular haircut and waited at the counter for 15 minutes before someone bothered to ask what I wanted. Critical: Quality, ValueThey completely ruined my hair. I asked for ash brown highlights and the owner bleach my hair unevenly and to the point where she ruined the quality of my hair. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not come here for coloring.
