Omg – I had a totally different experience here 2nd time around. So I got there at 11am on Saturday March 26th, and I asked for hair color. They asked me to wait, and that was okay, because I was a walk in. Several customers were already being helped and I was next in line. There were two women working, one younger and one older. The older one was helping an elderly man (~80 yo) who was accompanied by his daughter. All the daughter wanted was a proper clean shave for her dad, full face and full head. The older lady who was serving them proceeded to do the ask. Right before leaving, the daughter and the father both noticed several areas had been missed. They told the stylist who the proceeded to bring over a razor and try to “fix” it while the man was at the door. The daughter was getting worked up, and at first I thought she was bring too picky, but even I saw it. The daughter told the lady, “if you didn’t know how to do what we asked, you should have told us at the beginning, now you have charged us, and the job isn’t even done right. Isabel would never treat us like this. We have never had this issue before.” The salon lady (well both of them) couldn’t care less. The daughter said, I’m going to tell Isabel about how I have been treated’, and the salon lady was like, ‘go ahead!’ I was like omg – this is not cool. THEN, some other person walks in to buy product and that lady stars to serve her, I took a look at the other guy sitting on the chair, and he had color in his hair, but you could see it slathered on so much off his forehead. I was like, ok – enough signs, time to get out of here, and I left.
